• Conjuguemos: The ultimate guide for every tense of verbs, with step-by-step explanations.
• StudySpanish: Launched in 1998, studyspanish.com was a pioneer in educational websites. Their services include online services and audio conversational courses that have helped thousands of serious students learn to speak Spanish fluently.
• BBC’s Spanish page: For an excellent overview of the culture, vocabulary, and testing of the Spanish language.
• Aveteca Spanish Class Activities: Aveteca is an archive of Spanish class activities by the Centro Virtual Cervantes. It includes activities that students can do online, but there is an option to print them. Each activity is accompanied by a teacher’s guide.
• MarcoELE Online Magazine: MarcoELE is a free online magazine for Spanish teachers that features articles that will keep you updated with teaching techniques. Be sure to check out the “Supplement” section (Suplementos) that includes longer and in depth articles specifically for teachers. A Spanish teacher’s magazine is not complete without Spanish class activities; MarcoELE includes a section with activities by level as well as readings, songs and movies.
• Spanish (Online) Grammar Exercises: Simple, but powerful. This site includes a list of grammar topics (adjectives, prepositions, verb forms, etc.) with a link to an exercise that can be completed and corrected online. Instructions are in English.
• Spanish 4 Teachers (Website): From Lesson Plans to handouts, this site has tons of resources to enrich your Spanish class. Updated periodically.
•  El blog para aprender español (YouTube Channel): Up-to-date, this channel has more than 80 uploaded videos in Spanish that cover mostly grammar and vocabulary. The typical length of a video is about 5 minutes long; ideal to complement your class or review a topic.
•  ¡Aprendo Jugando! (Free PDF ebook): This 110 page long free PDF ebook includes the activities and printables you need to cover 20 different topics or units. Some examples are: the alphabet, the calendar, the family, numbers, and colors. You will save a lot of prep time with this ebook!
