Why Is Leading Learners So Cheap/Inexpensive? Why Can We Use You For Free Or Only $5 A Month?

When starting a company, many can have a North Star goal of getting a good press release, raising a certain amount of money in external capital funding, being featured on a certain column or hall of fame, or even reaching a certain amount of users.

That was never our intention. None. At all. Nothing.

This is why we easily beat many competitors in the educational field seamlessly. And got all of those above things we did want. Why?

Because all of this, years later, is still "fun." We love our company and the work we do. The best work is work you would do voluntarily, and though we are not now, we still would do it like we did from the start.

Leading Learners was made to be the only EdTech company you would ever need. It may shock you, but there are only two people behind the platform. And they are both females. And they started the company just before turning adults. Leading Learners started off as a "project" for fun. We never were in it for the money, which is why we may be able to have the massive successes as a company we have today.

I have gotten to sit down with hundreds of people to speak about their goals in launching their startups, scaling companies, or their future plans. And still not any of them have proved me wrong. Everyone has some goal to "prove" someone, get XYZ, get a certain dollar amount, or have some sort of status. I usually ask "why" over and over again until I get a blank face. There is no real meaning or drive with those scenarios. It is all fluff.

Leading Learners was built from scratch, and I (Galicia Gordon, the Founder) worked several jobs before starting us, so I would have the money in case all else failed.
